The area is cleansed before professional wax is carefully applied and removed to minimise discomfort while achieving effective hair removal. A soothing aftercare product is then applied to calm the skin and reduce redness.
Most facial waxing appointments take between 10–30 minutes, depending on the areas being treated.

To allow your skin to recover, we recommend avoiding the following for 24 hours after your appointment:
• Hot baths, saunas and steam rooms
• Intense exercise
• Makeup on the treated area (where possible)
• Direct sun exposure and sunbeds
• Active skincare products such as retinol, AHAs and BHAs
• Touching or picking the treated area

How long do the results last?

Will my hair grow back thicker?
No. Waxing does not cause hair to grow back thicker or darker. With regular waxing, many clients notice finer and softer regrowth over time.
Can I have facial waxing if I use retinol?
If you're using retinol or other active skincare ingredients, please let us know before your appointment. We may advise pausing certain products or recommend an alternative hair removal method to protect your skin.
